"We had booked 3 rooms for attending a wedding. One of the rooms did not have hot water. In the evening we did not have power for 3 hours and the power backup failed. When we asked for a partial refund for our discomforts, they just gave some excuses. The room service persons to help with luggage are always missing."

"Horrible, First the when you set the location of the hotel from the hotels.com app , the hotel is not there. It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 "

"The check in time is 2 pm but advertised as noon time. Room was not clean and ready upon arrival at 3 pm on 26th dec 2023. Only 1 towel was provided although had booked room for 2 guests. Hot water was not available for shower. Car parking area is very limited. Reception response was below par. Better options available close by in the vicinity such as Treebo hotels which gives much superior service at similar pricing. "
