"Excellent property in a great location. 10mins by auto to water taxi, 25mins in Uber to fort kochi or travel via water taxi! Great staff, big rooms with lots of space for movement. Excellent spread at breakfast and great in room service. We also used the bar in the lobby which was vibrant and bustling every night. The cafe is also great for coffe/tea and quick bites to eat as well as amazing range of cakes/pastries for a sweet treat. Can’t fault this hotel and we have travelled extensively...

"This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious with fabulous furnishings. We ate at the restaurant which offered a range of delicious dishes and spent time around the pool. The staff are a delight, always smiling and eager to cater for every guest. The only comment i would make is that there is not much in the area, but if you're looking for a deserted beach or if you have transport, then this really isn't a problem."

"The rooms were not clean and the bed made squeaky sound and was not even. The bathroom had spider web and the pot was broken. We had a terrible experience and would not go to the property again. There were no guests in the hotel and the photos are misleading on the website. "

"We stayed at Tissa's for 3 nights and it was so memorable. The three women who work the front desk are incredibly kind and helped us with whatever we needed (transportation, walking tour, laundry, massage, etc.). The chef makes delicious Keralan food (particularly liked his fresh caught fish - tell him ahead of time!).
