"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall the hotel was good, the front office were great, they speak English really good. breakfast was okay, food was already cold when I got there, bed is comfortable, the housekeeper need to be train more because there’s still dust in the side table of the bed, also below the bed there’s trash such as bottle lid, tissue or plastic bag that I found when I was looking for my slippers. "The staff was very friendly and helpful, but with very limited English. The room was clean and the breakfast good and filling. But the room had no window (without any hint during booking) and unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. And the staff didn't manage to ask a few young people to calm down between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning - sleep was out of the question!"
