It is a hotel in another country so things aren’t always going to be exactly what you expect from a local hotel however I found it quite pleasant. "Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!"

"The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We weren’t able to get the airport shuttle, but just did an uber for about $6 USD. The next day we took their Tuk Tuk back to airport, and that was really fun for under $2 USD. It was absolutely worth it to get out of the airport for that night, and have a bed and a warm shower before our next flight. The bottle waters were greatly appreciated. "Le personnel est difficile à appeler car il ne sont pas disponibles même s'ils sont là et ils ne parlent pas anglais, pas de conversation possible. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis accueillis. Entre les avions, les coqs qui chantent et les chiens c'est bruyant. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas normal trop sec il y a seulement 2 tranches de pain de mie avec un œuf et 2 petites bananes. Même avec la tasse de thé c'est dur à avalé. Il faudrait un jus de fruits frais au minimum. Aussi l'endroit est...

"This hotel in an inexpensive option close to the airport. My (long) flight arrived very late evening and all I needed was a nearby location to catch up on sleep. Taxi was organized. It suited my needs well. Would not do so if you're fussy and willing to pay more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was worthy of any five star hotel."

"We booked the hotel through Wotif and went to the reception, but they kept asking whether we had made the payment. We sent the receipt along with the confirmation. However, we were given a room that was not clean—the TV didn’t work, and there was hair everywhere. About 30 minutes later, they came to our room again and asked us to send the receipt once more. We felt embarrassed, as if we hadn’t paid and were trying to stay for free. Not recommended at all. Please stay away."
