"The hotel overall was good. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but luckily i was only travelling with one hand luggage. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Toiletries were basic (shampoo/body wash). Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular but fills you up. My only complaint was the coffee machine. "I chose this hotel as it was fairly new. Arrived late in the evening due to late arrival of my flight. Parking in the underground car park was easy, however the signage from garage to lifts and entrance was slightly difficult (no signage). Easy check in. Room was really nice, took a little while to understand the thermostat in room. Good size room, amazing bathroom. Cant comment on the food as didnt eat there. Definitely would recommend staying here. "

"There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. Extremely dated, the bed is not comfortable and you can feel the springs. The drains/water really smell disgusting and the shower curtain stank of cigarette smoke. The room was not at all soundproofed...

"Very large comfortable room, very clean. Beautiful window and balcony with greenery. It was quite and pleasant. The staff was professional and very helpful. There is a paid parking (15 euro/24 hours) in front of the hotel, but we parked on the street - it is free during holidays.
