"Although, booked is twin room and additionally sent special request (message) for that kind of room and 2 parking lots we've got double room with explanation there is no free twin rooms. Also without any free parking lots. And reception couldn't reply on message with any info. We had to extra pay for triple room in order to have separate beds. Twin room with balcony is presented as economy room on the hotels.com offer but it's treated as superior room with different price in the hotel. Poor...

"Hotel in posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal centro e comodo per il Palafiere. Struttura non proprio nuovissima, senza ascensore. Personale molto cortese e ottima pulizia. Colazione buona. Camera spaziosa con grande tv e bagno nuovo, secondo me ristrutturata in parte, mancano prese per ricaricare il cellulare vicino al letto, si deve rinunciare alla lampada sul comodino. Porte, luci e corridoio sarebbero da rimodernare. Mi è dispiaciuto aver dovuto saldare il conto appena arrivata ancora...

"We zijn hier voor de derde keer geweest. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is dik in orde. Prima prijs voor een ruime familiekamer, inclusief uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet én je auto staat veilig binnen de poort. Hier zijn wij altijd erg blij mee, aangezien de auto helemaal vol zit vanwege onze vakantie. Leerpunten voor het hotel: de airco voldoet niet. Hij doet het wel, maar het blijft heel warm en benauwd op de kamer. Ook zou een koelkastje op de kamer fijn zijn."
