"The front desk staff were amazing! They had answers for all the questions we asked about the area. Stanley greeted us with a purr. He has to be the sweetest cat ever! Shower water was perfectly hot, bed was comfy. Easy drive to restaurants and sights in the area. We were there in the winter and plan on coming back in the spring."

The property was spotless and in a great location at Captains Cove… a very friendly community… safe to walk and ride bikes around in. Very happy that the property was dog friendly too. "This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. "This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs...
