"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. "The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood. "
