"The Hotel was great. Nice cafe for snacks and we ate in the restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed the food and the staff were attentive. Only complaint I had a stater my wife didn’t. My starter came (very nice) but my wife’s main came before I had finished my starter, so I was eating my main after. Great I could park my motorcycle right outside the hotel. "

"Reception service on arrival could have been better...one guest being dealt with ahead of me who then went to get something from his car or somewhere. No communication with me or "sorry please bear with me". Nothing. This guest's wife then comes back in and it takes 10 minutes to deal with her before i am dealt with. "The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and...

"This was the second time I'd stayed at this hotel which is perfectly situated to break up the trip from the Ferry Terminals at Bilbao and Santander to my holiday home on the Costa Blanca. The hotel is excellent with large clean air conditioned rooms, pleasant public areas and a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is secure underground parking available for a nominal fee. I will definitely return to this hotel if I make this trip again."
