"Lovely hotel ❤️ On arrival I was a little concerned when the receptionist advised there was work ongoing - but it was fine. Comfy room, nice and quiet with good amenities. The elevator was tiny but stairs do allow you to access all rooms. There is no toiletries or tea / coffee in rooms but they do have a kettle and hairdryer etc. All in all would highly recommend - the location is perfect! Right in the hub of town and less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and for the Bernina...

"The hotel has a beautiful bar and wonderful restaurant. The views from the room were spectacular. Our room in the Schloss was huge even though we just got a standard double room. There was even a walk-in closet. The decor was very traditional and the bathroom was big but was done in an old fashion style with a long narrow bath with a shower attachment. "The best hotel we stayed at in Europe. The views alone could give this hotel 5 stars, but the room was clean and nice as well. Check in was easy and the bus stop was not too far away. Although, you should be warned the first walk up with your luggage can be a bit of a battle, but we took plenty of stops to take in the view anyways."
