"Good hotel in very central location but away from the busy Main Street. Clean, food was good, staff were excellent. Bit noisy so bring ear plugs, mostly just barking dogs and music they were playing downstairs in the restaurant. Good heating as it was cold in November when we went so we needed it! "

The expression "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing". You request something from one person, and then it never pass it on to the proper person. You request anything and it will either be forgotten or done wrong. It was a comedy of 5 or 6 errors over 48 hours, and ever one they apologized for and smiled. Poor management...

"There is no play are for the kids . Lawn is situated at some height so you have to take around 40 stairs to reach it . Gym and other activities are not there. Food is excellent. Staff is very courteous. "

" Last week we were there it was a great deal for the price since although they claimed they had a tour coming in it was pretty empty I can't complain but I definitely paid extra $500 rupees for the heater as the only other disappointment is there's not a separate shower area in the bathroom but it's a good short walk right on Mall Road "
