Primeiramente com o serviço, já que não deram informações básicas de como acessar a internet ou de como usar o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, ainda mais se tratando de um casal de idosos. Fiquei surpresa de saber que ninguém sequer os acompanhou até o quarto, e além disso tiveram que pagar estacionamento, algo que não estava escrito em nenhum lugar no momento que paguei a hospedagem.
