"Friendly and lovely staff "

"It was nicely refurbished with the original features intact. We liked the interior decor and thoughtfulness like providing small cookies with the coffee/tea facilities & their warm hospitality. There was hardly any storage space for clothes & personal items; only a tiny closet with hangers. Not having a lift was our greatest concern wh8ch we hadn't realized when we booked. However, we were moved to the first floor when we requested a room change. Very accommodating! "

"Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."

"The room, property and staff were friendly, helpful and informative and the junior suite was clean, quiet and very large with separate kitchen and dining table. The breakfast, pre-packed fresh pastries and fruit, was enough for my breakfast and lunch (good for day trips). The hotel was convenient to the castle and town center for me, but its location up the hill from the harbor may be difficult for those with walking limitations: sidewalks can be steep and roads must be crossed without...

"The Paradise hotel is an excellent establishment with exceptional service. The hotel has an elevator as well which is very convenient. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home.
