"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "Great hotel very near to the Balaton. The breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic. Several options, there is some excellent local food for all tastes. The beach is of walking distance as most everything is nearby. Highly recommend!"
