"I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! "os funcionarios sao muito bons e educados, porem o hotel nao oferece limpeza diaria nos quartos, em toda a minha estada o quarto nunca foi limpo pois fiquei lá 3 dias e a limpeza se da a cada 3 dias somente. O hotel tem uma piscina aquecida super bonita e agradavel porem alguns hospedes levam bebidas alcoolicas e comida para a piscina (apesar dos cartazes dizendo que não é permitido), o que é desagradavel para os outros hospedes pois suja a agua e tem hospedes embriagados. "Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's. "

"O atendimento é espetacular, desde as meninas que auxiliam nos quartos, ate a recepção. O cafe é servido a uma curta caminhada do hotel, mas que se transforma em um espetacular cafe com uma vista fenomenal da praia! Tudo estava bem limpinho e organizado. So duas coisas a comentar, as toalhas sao asperas e os quartos tem uma pessima acustica, todos irao escutar vc e visse versa. "
