"Front desk staff were always available to help us with storing our luggage and provide directions. Property is modern and clean. We chose to not have housekeeping come into our room but they knocked on our door later in the day to see if we needed towels or other items. Excellent amenities in room. "The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. "English speaking staff. Very helpful. Great location for Gangnam shopping - walkable everywhere. Bus (6009) stop to and from Incheon airport is only 100 meters away. Rooms are good reasonable if you are using only to sleep. I was out and shopping all day and used the room only to sleep. Rooms are outdated but gets the job done. "
