"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "
