"I have dish towels thicker than the bath towels at this place. There are no tissues, hair dryer, and we had to ask for toilet paper. Don't expect typical hotel amenities you would find at other hotels. I would only stay here for convenience."

Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. The layout of the room is very disappointing. The air cond is placed in the wrong location. And the car park is to be shared with the customers...

"The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. "
