"Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand. I give 2-3 stars, only for the...

"Parking is an issue here albeit it’s an issue for everyone. Easy enough to park at huge parking lot at bottom of hill . Rooms are spacious, beds a little soft . Linen’s are excellent as well as pillows. Walk in shower a big plus . Close to everything here . You can get close to Hotel via “Local” taxi . "

"Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. "Hotel is terribly dirty. Got to my room to find out a nasty toilet. Pictures were probably taken years ago, but it does not represent real condition of hotel. If possible, avoid it."
