"The check-in process was fast and easy. The crew was quick to response about the technical complain with the room facility. The breakfast was decent enough and somewhat a good deal for the price. The room was small but still comfy with the decent bed and the nice view from the window. The bunkbed will be useful when you bring child below 60kg. "The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...
