"The hotel is lovely & well-situated. The rooms were all unique and comfortable. They were well-appointed and tasteful. The breakfast was lovely with many hot and cold options & bubbles to start your day. The hotel & restaurant staff could use some customer service skill lessons. Be prepared to walk through hoards of smokers to get into the hotel as the restaurant seems to be very popular & "hopping" but don't expect to get to enjoy it yourself. "we had 2 of us and requested the 2 room with terrace, lovely set up. We were on the 7th floor and they have a lift but it's teeny weeny! they were helpful to bring our bags up since you do have to go up a flight to the lift and then from the top, up another flight to the 7th floor. My only issue there was that they had a shelf in the shower that wasn't screwed in, it fell and broke and cut my leg a little (nothing major but blood everywhere), i told them when i left but they didn't care too...

"This is the second time that I've stayed at this property. Housekeeping was wonderful- the room was spotless and serviced every time I requested it. Albert's place has delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a residential area which is very quiet, but you can easily walk to the Metro or bus stations to get to where you need to go.
