"Very conflicted about this hotel and I don't think I would recommend it. The basic twin room we booked was not really like the pictures on here, but it was fine - very small. No air conditioning so during a heat wave this was very uncomfortable - there was a door to a balconette which we opened only to have an invasion of bugs in the room. The staff member seemed quite unfriendly when we arrived - when we had originally booked on Expedia it said until 10pm, only on the day of our arrival did we...

"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. "The hotel is in a quiet area and the room is well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Some of the furniture was old and stained, but otherwise a very nice experience. The breakfast was nice and staff helpful. "
