"We stayed at this hotel for one night in route from Puerto Varas to Pucon. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It was a little remote from the center of town but a short distance from the bus station. We also appreciated being able to have dinner in the restaurant, as there were not any options close by. "

Both service & food were excellent. The place is spotless! You could eat off the floor! My only suggestion would be to eventually get a new shower enclosure & harder mattresses. I would highly recommend this hotel!! "

"It’s an ok place to stay for a night. Not a great place and not a particularly good deal for the money. The owner and staff were nice, but the impression was that the town and place are still struggling to survive after the pandemic. There are probably better options in Puerto Varas. "

"This property is like a motel with a kitchen, extremely run down. Stained carpets, crumbs on the kitchen floor and particles of food in the microwave. Curtains were dirty and full of holes. Bed was OK and clean. Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to the garage area to get a very weak Internet service."
