"Entire floor smelled of paint from remodel. Room I was given was loud from street and loud from the corridor. Completely not worth the money."

"Hotel service was great - I arrived after reception closed at 6pm but my key was left in a locker inside reception. Email received that afternoon gave clear instructions on how to enter and retrieve my key. Room was cold at first but effective radiator soon warmed up the room. No food on site but a pleasant breakfast was available just up the road inside the supermarket with a voucher available from the hotel reception."

"Free on-site parking was the main reason we booked this hotel and we could get a buffet breakfast included. Rooms are larger than average but dated, still have keys rather than cards for room entry. Buffet breakfast was extensive and well presented, woman assistant was friendly. As others have remarked the older gentleman on reception on our arrival wasn't particularly welcoming, in fact he was quite grumpy telling us all the things we couldn't do and that he wouldn't be there after 12am! "Architektonisch ist das Gebäude ein 70er Jahre Angriff auf die Osnabrücker Altstadt. Davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen, denn das Hotel ist sauber und zweckmäss angerichtet und hat natürlich eine unschlagbare Lage. Frühstück konnte ich nicht einnehmen, da ich verschlafen hatte, eigentlich ja ein gutes Zeichen, denn es war ruhig im Zimmer und es ist auch Laminat, was ich als Stauballergiker schätze. "Upon arriving, there was a work crew pressure blasting paint off the building. It was loud & directly below the 1st room we were given, so we asked to be moved. Our new room was quieter during the day, but it was near the employee smoking area, so cigarette stink often wafted into our "nonsmoking" room.
