"The contactless check in was confusing and difficult. The was no one at the desk, inside a locked door. Opening the doors was weird and no instructions. The room smelled of bug spray so strongly it was hard to sleep. No instructions on checking out, just had to guess."

"Architektonisch ist das Gebäude ein 70er Jahre Angriff auf die Osnabrücker Altstadt. Davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen, denn das Hotel ist sauber und zweckmäss angerichtet und hat natürlich eine unschlagbare Lage. Frühstück konnte ich nicht einnehmen, da ich verschlafen hatte, eigentlich ja ein gutes Zeichen, denn es war ruhig im Zimmer und es ist auch Laminat, was ich als Stauballergiker schätze. Our new room was quieter during the day, but it was near the employee smoking area, so cigarette stink often wafted into our "nonsmoking" room. "Free on-site parking was the main reason we booked this hotel and we could get a buffet breakfast included. Rooms are larger than average but dated, still have keys rather than cards for room entry. Buffet breakfast was extensive and well presented, woman assistant was friendly.
