"Reception staff were excellent helpfull and very accomodating . The bar staff were very helpfull specially the barman calked jack he was so freindly and was so helpfull,. We had lovely three nights and enjoy our stay the only thing i thought need improvement us the poole showers did not have soap tp get the chlorile off your skin ,appart from this little things we had a lovely stay and we will be using the hotel again when we visit Weymouth again "

"A wonderful stay in a spacious room with excellent in room facilites. The wonderful surprise was the upgrade to our room, and the free access to complimentary teas and coffees in the lounge. If you wanted food from outside you could use the lounge for that take away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking needs to be booked on site prior to arrival but there is a local parking only 5 minutes walk away that is convenient."

"Friendly and informative reception. My comfortable sea view room had an excellent sea view and view of Swanage. Very good shower. I had time for a splash around in the pleasant little spa pool. "We were celebrating our Ruby anniversary. The hotel was lovely and we were greeted warmly. The room was spot on and we opted for one with a sea view. The room was large with a very comfy bed. The bathroom had a very big shower which was nice. The towels were lovely and soft. The food was excellent. We had a meal in the conservatory in the evening. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. We would stay there again."
