"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."

Staff are friendly and welcoming.. The room was spacious with two single beds.. TV.. and ensuite bathroom.. great shower with instant hot water Unfortunately my room overlooked the motorway but if you are fortunate enough to have a rear facing room you can see over the nearby reservoir.. Ideal place to stretch...

"This property was absolutely wonderful, out in the country with space between each house to go for a great walk but still feel safe. Woke up to a bit of fog coverage which just added to the ambiance. Only downfall was it was a bit difficult to find the reception office to check in. "Cute old hotel. Very attentive staff. I could nitpick on a few things but I'm gonna stick to the essential: sleep. I was given a room that faces the street. Sadly the blinds don't black out the room by any mean, so the street lights were lighting up the room a lot. Thankfully I had an eye mask but otherwise I'd have been in trouble.
