"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk. Részletes tájékoztatást kaptunk a szolgáltatásról és a környékről. Makulátlan tisztaság fogadott mindenütt. Kényelmes volt az ágy, tiszta vizkőmentes a fűrdőszoba. Bőséges, friss a reggeli, és isteni finom kávé. A szauna csak a mi kedvünkér lett egy órára felfűtve. Nagyon jó volt az is. Legközelebb, ha Bükre jövünk, csak itt foglalunk ismét! Köszönjük szépen!"

Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt."

A reggeliző helyen szabadon a macskák mászkálnak, az étel hűtés nélkül több órára kitéve, másnap ugyan az a étel szintén kitéve. A padlószőnyeg rongyos. A tv használhatatlan gagyi kínai. "

"Automatikusan lekapcsolták a fűtést éjfél és reggel 7 között. Mivel későn értünk mindig vissza zuhanyozni, lefeküdni, megszárítani a fürdőfelszerelésünket, így elég kellemetlen volt. Ezen kívül a szobánk kényelmes, tágas volt. Kedves személyzet, kevés volt a reggeli választèk, de az adagok bőségesek voltak."

"In eerste instantie schrokken we best dat we aankwamen. Dat kwam voornamelijk doordat de tuin een wildernis is (niet zo gemaaid en groot als op de foto's met ligbedden!) en omdat de sleutels in enveloppen aan de deur geplakt zaten, behalve die van ons, dus geen kamer. Eerste indruk niet goed, laten we het zo zeggen. Later op de kamer bleek, achterstallig, de gordijnen hangen op half 11 enz."
