We had to get the host's golf cart to get us there from outside of the Old Town area. Car needed to be parked outside Old Town. "This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. "This property is really good value for money in Rovinj which is becoming a pretty pricy destination. The owners are really quick to respond. We had one minor issue after checking in, and they responded within 30 minutes of us arriving to the property by sending extra items that we needed. One note to people reading other reviews. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. "Very good service. I arrived 6 houres late because of a delayed flight. The host called me and it was no problem getting into the apartment 1 am in the night. The Wi-Fi conection was sometimes ustabil, other then that was everything very good."

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
