"The hotel was beautiful everything was in great condition in my room. Loved that they tvs said my name, always a great touch. Elevators were quick. My only complaint is that I wasn't given any notice that the pool and hot tub weren't working because that's the main reason I chose this hotel. So bummer but still a very nice place."

"overall the stay was good. I felt that the furniture and bed was a little dated and the shower had a little mold. I requested more supplies, which I never received. The day I was checking out I started taking things out to my car that morning at 6:45 a.m. and came back to my apartment and enter my code and it didn't work. I was lock out with my phone and other items in the apartment. I was lucky to fine someone and ask to use there phone to call Tucker head office to get a new code. This took...
