"The hotel was fine and well equipped but cold. The restaurant was cold too so we only ate there once. Once we asked we were given a fan heater and the staff were helpful and friendly.Overall the location of the hotel isn’t great, it’s between a very busy main road and the railway sidings so there was a constant noise of trains moving and hooting all night. The room and bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Nothing really wrong except the location "

"The bathroom towel hanger was broken. And the TP Roll was almost empty. Rm 401 is a nice room but it could get noisy as it is next rto resteraunt. It is strategically located to the old city. Staff were very friendly."

"Property is good to roam around but a BIG NOO if any one wants to stay there. They leave guests on their own during the night. There was a continuous stomping sound at the roof of my room so I started calling them around 10.30 BUT no one answered the calls. I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL. "Sorry to say, I booked in Nirvana by urban galaxy but I was placed in Krishna hotel which I was told was same, I found out this strange but I didn’t argue much otherwise staff were nice and helpful "
