"A very good lady on reception who explained all I needed to know. The room was good but the en suite rather tight! Hotel is very well situated in the city and only a 10 minute amble to the Plaza del Castillo, the heart of the old town, and most of the places of interest. Parking through the hotel is very limited so best to book a place in advance. Pamplona is a lovely city and felt very safe walking around."

Clean and tidy hotel, usual modern express type venue. Breakfast adequate. No room tea/coffee facilities. Nearby shopping centre has everything needed, walking distance from hotel. "

"The accommodation itself was very good BUT: 1). The hostel is a full 20 minutes walk from the historic centre, 30 minutes from bus station & 20 minutes from train station. Moreover, it is not easy to find or navigate AND is in a less than salubrious area on the edge of town, behind a petrol station on a small industrial estate. The most direct walking route into town includes a poorly lit& wooded park area. 2) The pre-arrival information was non-existent, despite requesting and as per other...

"We stayed here for 3 nights for the Festival de San Fermin and it was overall a great stay. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was also convenient and good to have available. When we asked for a taxi, it would arrive in less than 10 minutes ! "
