"I arrived after 10.40 pm and the hotel closes at 10pm. They wrote me the gâté code to enter And informer me the room Door was going to be open ed... Unless someone was in room and therefore i wait ed 30 minutes until someone gave me another room without any personal excuse. Same thing the next day when I met the young guy made the mistake of switching the rooms. Overall old and not so clean.... Not worthy the price. "

"Due to the Rugby World Cup, the price of the hotel was over double to what it was previously. Definitely not worth the money. Very basic and small. There was a kettle in the room and just 1 tea bag & no coffee. Even thou the room was advertised as facilities: kettle, instant coffee & tea bags etc. will not be staying again."

"Due to a negative experience on check in - and the availability of similar accommodation in the area - I will be not returning to this property. (The rooms are clean - yet in desperate need of refresh - plus if you are not used to hearing your neighbours erotic escapees or late visits to the toilet- do not choose this property- as every sound is shared among your fellow guests.) "Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking...
