"Very pretty hotel - it has these charming long wooden doors all over that give it a palace feel 😍 . Service here was excellent and the staff often went out of their way to make sure we knew about places nearby and things to do. It is also near a GREAT massage spot (Siri). They have bicycle rentals for free. Our room had a mostly-dead cockroach greet us in the bathroom the moment we entered. Thankfully we never saw another one though! "At one time this must have been a great hotel. Now just a shadow of that. Looks like it mostly has weekend or back to school business. Perfect location for the university, rooms are big but need maintenance and hallway lights are dimmed or not used, rooms not clean (Gecko crap on walls in bathroom), overall a bit depressing. Breakfast is cheap and not very good. Items that should be hot are cold, no food warmers used."

"If you come to Sukhotai, give this hotel a hard pass. The staff was unfriendly, the room was run down, the a/c barely worked, and the area is not great. Ironically, this was our most expensive hotel in Thai and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 25 years of coming to Thailand. "

"One of the best hospitality I have ever gotten at a hotel. The family that owns this hotel are lovely and own the cafe and auto shop as well and they have a cute kitty! The front desk lady was the sweetest person my bf and I have ever met. We went for our honeymoon and they were so cute and provided us with a cake! Also their pool is so cozy and its also saltwater! Thank you so much for this stay it was wonderful and great experience. Dont hesitate to book this place! You will be in good hands"

"Just a lovely place to stay. The Staff are so helpful and Rooms nice and comfy. Pretty much slient all day so good for a chill. Breakfast is interedting, never thought of Thai Green Red Curry but it kind of works.plenty of trad stuff from Egg Station and Sausages etc.Fruit is really good. Walkable to everything or bike rent."
