"We stayed there one night, and wished we stayed there longer. We took a tuk tuk to the Thailand Burma Railway Centre and the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery War. We came back and ate at the Good Times Restaurant, which was excellent. We later took a swim at the beautiful and refreshing pool, then called it a night. The next day, we enjoyed a huge delicious buffet breakfast at the same restaurant. The staff was amazing, and deserve recognition for phenomenal service… thumbs up to the staff and...

"Absolutely awful place. Nothing like the photos. Nobody to meet us and check us in! We had to find our own rooms and assume the rooms were for us. Didn't see any staff in three days. No service or cleaning of any kind. No clean towels, coffee replenishment,beds made - Nothing!! Pool was like a muddy river. Overall a disgrace and Hotels.com should look into this and verify the state of hotels they allow in their website"
