"We have very bad experience with the booking as when we reach the hotel, we will told that they did not receive our booking from Hotel.com and did not honor us the room. We have to pay to the hotel in cash for another booking. As we book for 3 room for 3 nights and they only have 2 nights for us. The first night was ok and was told to check out on the 2nd day as they will upgrade us to a superior room. Surprising when we came back and was told that we will giving only 2 room for us to share...

"Beautiful experience. Incredible views. Hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was delicious. Overall, the experience was worth every penny. It was cold of course, so pack warm. And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

The rooms are basic with very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need for a short term stay including mini bar, and WIFi signal is good. "3 bedroom suite was enough for the 5 of us. We travelled with two teens and 3 adults. Reception was great, they asked us nightly if we needed anything and had great recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Bonus was there was a laundry close by and we had 10kg of laundry done for 130k. "
