"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property in April 2025. The apartment was clean and spacious with clear separated living areas. The complex the apartment was in was clean and well maintained. We had an oven we weren’t expecting which was useful. There was plenty of parking on site and we never struggled to find a place to park. "Highly Recommended! Excellent reception, very friendly informative and professional. Very good food with plenty of vegetarian options. Two great pools. Good location with many tavernas etc within walking distance, as are also Tombs of the Kings (about 750m) and the harbour (2k). We stay in hotels a lot, but this is the first time ever to describe a hotel as 'spotlessly clean'. Cleaning crew constantly working and the whole hotel and rooms were spotless!"

"We enjoyed a pleasant two night stay in Paphos at Regency Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, onsite parking was available, and the homemade crepes at breakfast were delicious. The hotel is very convenient for walking to the Paphos harbor, castle, and archaeological park, as well as the many restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated Arthur’s recommendations for dinner, sightseeing, and general friendly conversation. We would gladly return to Regency on our next visit to Paphos."

"This apartment hotel is conveniently located near King Avenue Mall. While the hotel has a bit of an older charm, it is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was good and sufficient, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They even upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment and suggested an earlier breakfast to accommodate our flight schedule. Overall, it offers great value for money! "
