"The actual property is very clean and welcoming. Nokia at the front desk, was very kind, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor seating area to eat our breakfast. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed. The pool was closed because it requires a part that is on back order. They were very quick to inform us that we could go to Towneplace Suites next door to swim. We were met with a very kind woman at Towneplace as well that let us into the pool without hesitation. If we need a place to stay in the area in the future, we will definitely be looking to reserve a room at Springhill Suites. "

"Great proximity to Deaconess Hospital and everything was great - clean/new condition, cozy beds, big rooms, nice free breakfast, great water pressure, good gym, a pool, friendly staff and clean/non-toxic toiletries too! There was some road noise from hot-rodders as it's on a busy street, but my noise machine mostly hid it."
