I boocked room for 4 people, but hotel administrator said they are having rooms for max 3 people. Only after long conversation we have got 2 standart rooms instead. This was not pleasant."

We arrived later than planned due to delays but we was sent an email containing information on how to get in to the hotel, how to access our room key and our room number as reception staff are only there between a certain time.
