"Please do not stay here when you arrive Sofia at night. You will not find it and if find it there is nó reception welcome you. Room is very basic. Toilette smelled bad and not have a really shower. Except private room, hostels may be much better and cheaper. Far away from center and not easy get to by public transportation. Communication is difficult. Please do not stay here if you are looking for cheap hotel. Overall is bad so it is expensive for everything ."

"It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). "The hotel has nice amenities however the rooms smell like cigarettes. I had to check 4 rooms to find one that doesn't smell and I had to upgrade to bigger room. I wouldn't recommend it to families because I heard it is place for "quick" visits. "
