"Dostaliśmy pokój na poddaszu, pomimo tego, że hotel jest prawie pusty. Na dworze jest 31 stopni, brak klimatyzacji, przy lekkich opadach deszczu, jedyne okno w poddaszu jakie mamy, automatycznie się zamyka. W ofercie hotelu jest sauna, dodatkowo płatna. Jak widać, my otrzymaliśmy tą saunę za darmo... Dojazd do hotelu może być dla niektórych gości problematyczny."

"Hotel Hugo is a nice, clean, quiet, interesting hotel. While the rooms are very modern, the exterior is very old because it was formerly a hospital, and renovations are ongoing in some parts. The grounds are lovely, and the restaurant is both convenient and inexpensive. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Bed was acceptable. Owner came to bar after about 30 minutes waiting. Spoke enough English to explain everything. About what was expected for the price except No HOT WATER and it 11pm with no one to help. "
