"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Despite a busy evening, we were able to get a table for diner in a nice setting. Have to say that our first room was too noisy being close to the elevator and transit hallway (Newest soundproofed doors would solve the problem?)
