"Easy access to city center and clean rooms. Didn’t like that there was not enough parking although they did allow us to unload suitcases and then go to nearby public parking. Although there is an elevator to rooms, there is no elevator near reception area so you had to lift luggage up and down the stairs."

"Our room had a wonderful view of the Alcazar which you could enjoy from the balcony of the room. The room was very nice and updated. The hotel was conveniently located to the historic attractions which you could walk to. The Alcazar was just a three minute walk away. "

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"We stayed at a double bed room which is apart from the main building.The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. But the room smelled like an ash tray. The smell lingered at our luggage for days after checking out. Bathroom was very small. Hot water ran out before filling up the small bathtub. Heater was powerful, but the floor kept freezing cold. "Perfect location - right next to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the plaza mayor. No humans, though, no receipt for payment, bit difficult to figure out registration. Wonderful beds and very quiet. Would stay there again. "
