They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

The staff were helpful and nice to deal with. No frills, so don't expect any: just a fine and clean room close to all the amenities Alassio can offer."

The bathroom has what is needed and is clean, but small and tight. The area surrounding the hotel has great options for food and shopping. "Nice comfortable place with good food. Wi-Fi now good. This is my third time to the hotel and the first the Wi-Fi only worked slowly in the reception area, so I was happy with this visit. As in the past I was given a spacious room with a big balcony looking at the tower of the church opposite. Nice bathroom. Nice desk in room. Good closet space. The large balcony would be a nice place to view the hills and enjoy the sky. All the staff were very nice. Great staff and most speak decent English....

"The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was very nice too, however the bathroom had the smallest shower we have ever encountered. At most it was two feet by two feet inside dimensions. Don’t drop the soap. :)"
