"Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all."

"The airconditioner did make such a loud sound so we have to turn it of in the night andthe nigt was so hot😔 Bathroom had limescale stains on the alls. A lot of dust above the mirror lamp which descends over the toothbrushes"
