"The hotel was very welcoming with high standards of housekeeping, great buffet food offering, that was varied & themed. The deserts where a triumph. The staff where all great, courteous, smiley & warm. We would recommend any one to stay although we were out of season, swimming was available but we realise that using the pools may risk hypothermia due to the time of year. But great facilities"

"There is a variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, the deserts are particularly good. The location is good, being directly located on the beachfront promenade. The hotel itself would benefit from a refresh. Improved modern lighting, furniture and decorations in addition to improved ventilation would be recommended. This would help improve the atmosphere in the level -1 spaces."

"This was my best hotel experience and I’ve travelled the world as a former flight attendant and tourist. Location is devine, right on Mediterranean Sea with 4 beautiful pools and in center of town and walkable to archaeological sites. Dining in is spectacular. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Room is serviced twice a day. Receptionist staff eagerly and happily assists you with any question. This was the most perfect stay. "Good hotel with very good service. Food and drinks were amazing. no complains at all. if there's anything to be improved I would say the reception staff could be a little more polite. I found the security and a check-in staff were a bit impatient and arrogant. (not everyone though). Beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. "

"The hotel is very well located on the beachfront far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to be walkable. It is less crowded than other hotels in the area. The facilities and service are excellent. My only remark: it would be nice if one of the outside swimming pools were heated - it is too cold to swim in November."

"The location, style, and level of service are excellent. However we had two main problems. 1. Our room was noisy. We could often hear loud noises from the rooms above and beside us. 2. The facilities were too crowded. At breakfast there was not a table for everyone. Some people had to sit outside in the cold. At the indoor pool there were not enough lockers in the changing room and not enough loungers for everyone to sit in. Sauna and hot tub were filled to capacity."
