Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. "I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. "
