"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "We had a wonderful stay at Wirtshaus Nattererboden. It is truly a one of a kind property and our family highly recommends it. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and, although it is tucked away from city noise and lights of Innsbruck, it is a very easy and short drive into the city. And the views of the Alps from your room are fantastic. "
