"Centrally Located within old town’s pedestrian zone, the apartment is modern and well equipped. The reception is some 10-min-walk away at the holiday rental company outside the old town. The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking accommodation in Rovinj old town."

"Great nude beach"

"Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊"

She was such a pleasure and so friendly! She gave us a warm welcome and recommended several restaurants, as well as ice cream places! "Mixed.At all times remind yourself that this is a 3* hotel! When you squint your eyes, the setting fools you into thinking you're at a far fancier establishment. This messes with your expectations. Positive first- The island is beautiful. The views are spectacular. Breakfast is good. Boat to Rovinj is regular and on time. Negative - 1. Accessibility is poor. Lift doesn't stop at the lobby. 2. Rooms are large and clean - but old. Peeling paint, broken fittings and 1980's furnishings all show...

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. "

"Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

"I didnt want to stay in the old town, wanted quick access to drive out of down on day trips and this little place was perfect. Not much immidiately around but there is a minimart and a small cafe, about all you need. "
