"I booked this property and upon arrival we were not even allowed inside the hotel and and we were told that they are no longer accepting Expedia bookings. I thought I prepaid for the hotel and was travelling with a handicapped person and at the last minute was forced to find a new hotel for the night. This incident created a lot of anxiety for the 4 of us very late at night and in a town we were not familiar with. Expedia should review the properties that no longer want to do business with them...

"I had an issue with the location of the hotel as I was on a business trip, and the hotel was not in a good location regarding my needs. I decided to move, but the staff was very acomodating and they tried to help me as much as possible, so I want to sya even though the location didn't suit my needs, service and staff was excelent."
