"This hotel is a truck stop, rooms basic but clean.Lucky to have a room at the back otherwise would have been looking at alot of trucks.Truckers left early and the shower was cold,we imagine all the hot water had been taken(7am)Went for breakfast, 8am there was no staff and it looked like we were left with what the truckers did not want.Passed and purchased breakfast on route"

"Our stay at Palacio de Pujadas was nothing less than GREAT. We arrived one day later due a flight delay and they were very nice understanding and accommodating. We asked an extra fan to our room bc it was really warm and in less 10 min the fan was there. All the staff work together as a team as they share the reception and the bar/restaurant and they are simply amazing, all of them. I don't speak Spanish and they tried to help any chance they had. Highly Highly recommend."

"We accidentally booked room without private bathroom, phoned up to change that and the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude we almost cancelled, should have as it happened. We pointed out the price via ebookers was much cheaper than the one she was suggesting but in the end were too lazy to cancell and look elsewhere. We arrived and she couldn't have been nicer, didn't give us a receipt but offered advise re sightseeing which we took. It was hot and sunny so we turned off the...

"A nice hotel, was a monastery. Grounds very pleasant. Rooms very comfy. After a long drive i found the bar ,not working, but the reception did get me a very nice beer. Which we drank in the garden. The restaurant was also not working. But a 10 minute walk we found a real nice restaurant serving local food. In all there must have been a reason for the not working, which shouldn't take any thing away from a very nice hotel, would stay again. ."
